Jizang
Jizang (549–623) studied under Falang at Xinghuang Monastery in Jiankang. He later taught at Jiaxiang Monastery in Kuaiji and at monasteries in Chang'an, becoming a leading exponent of the Sanlun tradition. His commentaries on the three Madhyamaka treatises and his Meaning of the Two Truths reject attachment to fixed philosophical positions. He also wrote on the Lotus, Vimalakīrti and Nirvāṇa sūtras.
